Looks like a potential database issue as with a telephone number it also does not state the BTw21cn network (ADSL2+)

 

A mod may be able to offer their help and have a look into this for you.

They may post offering their help if all avenues have been tried, as stated in imjolly's post

I contacted the BT Executive office, who then spoke to Openreach and within 12 hours the database was updated and I've now ordered Fibre (at a discounted rate because of the issues I've had over the past few months).

 

Engineer is due to come next Friday to install, hopefully it'll all go smoothly (unlike my copper installation!).
