@FedupwithYou, I have a very similar situation - BT lied to me, taken money from my account and...lost any record about it. The debt recovery is chasing me and BT forum admin keeps being very rude to me.
I am thinking about going to court with it. Would you join my lawsuit against these thieves?
did you take up the Stephanie's offer in january to contact the form mods who would look into your case and if so what happened?

john46 he has already had an invite to contact the mods in january hence why I asked what was the outcome

They normally reply by email or phone directly to you within 3 working days they will take personal ownership of your problem until resolved and will keep you informed of progress
They are a UK based BT specialist team who have a good record at getting problems solved
