If anyone has the Panasonic Viera TX-L32E30B, I would like to ask a couple of questions please, to try and assist with this problem.
When you select the iPlayer on the Viera Connect Market, and run it, do you select SD or HD quality?
Is your TV connected using wireless, or an Ethernet cable?
Those of you who are having this issue and have sent me details, could you please run another full diagnostic test on www.speedtester.bt.com (or www.speedtest.btwholesale.com if the first link doesn't work) and post the results here?

Just to throw my experiences in the mix. I was having big problems with iplayer on a LAN cable with a Panasonic TV and also a Roku box via wifi. Both were buffering relentlessly and I couldn't view anything. The solution was to replace the HH3 with a tp-link wr1043nd router and everything now works beautifully.
