BBC Iplayer problems

Have just had BT Infinity installed and now we can't watch BBC Iplayer on the freesat box, has anyone else had this problem? It just keeps buffering all the time and is unwatchable.

I echo that.  Have a look at this thread about FreeSat boxes and other devices to connect to Infinity.  Report your problem to Dean the moderator through the link on that thread.  BT have an issue here.  It's just getting them to address it.

i hear the problem is a bbc one from a virgin user
