BBTalk

I have my  Broadband and afterwards I requested the home hub. In my welcome letter i receive the upgrade without the phone (bbtalk) and then requested it afterwards (3months later) as part of the package. I have not received a number and password for the hub phone. How do i get the number and password to get started?

Check to see if it is set up by clicking this link

 

You should see the hub manager page (no need to log into the hub manager).

 

Look for : BT Broadband Talk. Does it show any details?

Mine for example displays "Service temporarily unavailable" as I have manually turned it off.
