just spoken to indai again and they have restet my line for the 3rd time so there saying keep an eye on speedtester and wait 10 days again .. this has been going on since the 5th of march....
think there realy starting to take the mick now........
not confident India will fix this at 3rd attempt - I would contact mods again
well what a differance it is speaking to i take it a english person in the uk by email....
i have just had one of the mods reply by email saying my line is still capped and indea saying it isnt....
but also the mod has said i should notice a difference in speed in the router with in 24hrs and india say no i wont
so who is right ?
but the email says
Thanks for your email, I am sorry for the delay in getting back to you.
Having gone through the diagnostics today I agree you should be getting a higher speed you still appear to be getting capped at 8meg so I have issued a request to lift this cap to allow your speeds to increase.
Please monitor your connection and should it not increase by the end of today, reply directly to this email.
