BILLING

I DESPAIR.  I HAVE JUST SPENT 20 MINUTES TRYING TO HAVE A QUERY RESOLVED, REGARDING BILLING.  A SIMPLE QUESTION AS TO WHY MY DIRECT DEBIT PAYMENT STATES 'FIRST PAYMENT'.  I SUSPECT IT IS CONNECTEDTO THE NEW CHARGES, HOWEVER THE PERSON ASSISTING ME ON THE CALL, REPEATEDLY STATED "THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH YOUR BILL" then "THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH YOUR DIRECT DEBIT.  I KNOW.............I ONLY WANT TO KNOW WHY IT IS REFERENCED 'FIRST PAYMENT'!   I WAS TOLD SEVERAL TIMES THE LINE WAS VERY BAD - SHOULD YOU REALLY BE TELLING ME YOU HAVE A 'BAD LINE' B.T.  WHEN I ASKED FOR A SUPERVISOR OR SOMEONE WHO COULD ANSWER THE QUERY, THE LINE WAS CUT OFF.  UNBELIEVABLE.
