BT 4K HD tv box problem no sound after only 6days use from new it’s not the mute .please help.

I have rechecked all cables .the mute is off,then went to settings to sound and picture .that’s fine .but still no sound. I then used my youview box any where tv  it worked .please any ideas,

Stating the obvious, have you tried re-booting the box?
