Following on from receipt of BT’s recent email, I would like to change my calling plan to the new 700 minutes option, however this option does not appear when I logon to Mybt. How do I switch to this new plan?

Thanks for that, but it seems a shame to have to do that when bt claim it can be done online “with a few clicks”!
