I bought the above phone primarily for it's call blocking features which I'm very pleased with. No nuisance calls received since I bought it and my log shows several failed nuisance calls. So far so good.
As it has a built in answering machine with remote access I thought I'd use that instead of paying for 1571. I've set it up through the menu to allow remote access and I've set up a PIN. But I can't get the remote access to work and can't find anywhere in the manuals on how it should work.
With previous phones all I had to do was phone my number, wait for the answering message to play then enter the pin. That doesn't seem to work with this one.
