BT ACCOUNT DUE TO CANCEL ON FRI 15TH JUNE.........HELP!
Recently i have been trying to contact BT to explain that i have been having a few financial difficulties and my bt account is overdue payment. BT have placed an order to completely cancel my phone line and broadband service. ive contacted the billing team and explained that i have paid half the bill yesterday and will pay the remainder of the bill on monday 18th june and asked if the cancellation order could be cancelled or put back to allow me to pay so my services wouldnt be lost. They tld me they would change it back to the 20th of june and go ahead and reconnect my services today. but the order is still showing as cancelling on 15th june in my account and my services have not been restored 😞
