BT are supposed to activate my home broadband on 15/06 .They have no clue about my order until I called them on 15/06.The representative told me they are chasing with Open reach team and I called the next day I got the same reply.On 17/06 BT support team told me that there is a glitch in the order to Open reach. On 18/06 they have told me they raised a new request to Open reach and the engineer will arrive on 25/06.When called today they are saying it is going to be 02/07 and they are not confident about this.I am not sure why they are troubling customers if they can’t liaise with Openreach .This is causing great inconvenience as I have to work from home.
