BT Blocking my Website

Hi everyone, 

My website www.thedogguardian.com was hacked some time ago but was instantly fixed. It works on 4G and on other service providers however BT still blocks it. 

Does anyone now how I go about to sort this? 

Any help would be greatly received.

No it doesn't block it, I can access it just fine.

That is so strange. It doesn't work on my dad's BT or mine.

Check web protect hasn't been enabled on your accounts.

Thank you, it hasn't been setup. Technology is the bane of my life! I get many emails from people telling me it doesn't work. When I ask they tell me they are on B.T

Works fine for me as well, not a BT block or I wouldn't be able to access it either.
Maybe ask your web host if they can help, it's what you pay them for.

I can also access it without problem.

If there was a previous issue, ask the people who are having problems to check their Web Protect settings as suggested in message 4 to ensure that it is not being blocked by that and they should try clearing the history and cookies from their browser.

If that doesn't help ask them to try another browser to see if it is a browser problem which could be being caused by a browser  "add on".
