I finally recieved my Boots gift card a couple of weeks ago after a long time. I decided to use it in store and was told it was invalid !! This was really embarassing as I kept arguing with them saying there should be £40 on it. Can someone advise why the card is not working and how I can go about getting a replacement. Thanks
