Absoultely Furious!
I ordered my package on the 15/09/16, was told that it would all be activated on 28/09/16. The date came and i'm told that an issue on BT's end has meant the broadband order has to be cancelled and re-ordered but should have activated on the 28th. This didn't happen, so after many phone calls and chat sessions, i'm told that it will be activated on the 07/10/16!
Am in serious danger of cutting the whole thing off and switching, the customer service has been awful, being passed from pillar to post.
