I have a BT Broadband Extender Flex 500 and Home Hotspot to connect my devices from other parts of the house. It was working fine for months up until yesterday when the extender keeps cutting out.
I have tried resetting the extender by holding it for 15 seconds as recommended by the manual and also tried holding it for 5-8 seconds, followed by 1 second to try re-link it to my Home Hotspot, but nothing.
Each time I plug the extender into the wall it lights up (power and ethernet) and then cuts out after 5 seconds and starts rebooting again, with a flashing power light - anyone else had this problem?
Ultimately my Broadband extender might be broken and the Home Hotspot wont link to the Broadband Extender Flex and so I cannot get wifi.
Any help would be appreciated.
