BT Broadband Upload Speed

Hi

Getting 20mb/s download speed which is great. However, only 1mb/s upload. 

I upload a lot of content (OneDrive, Nest Cam footage) and it is really painful.

 

Is it possible to sacrifice some download speed to increase my upload. I've read about Annex M and was wondering if this is something BT could enable.

 

I'm on an Exchange Only Line so cannot upgrade to fibre

sorry you have max up speed available on adsl2/2+
