Hi,
On March 5th, I purchased online, 2 BT Business SIMs, both with an Add-On (+£3.5). The next day, I received a call from BT and it was someone who was clarifying to make sure I am who I say I am - this was done by answering some questions from my credit report... standard procedure. I was told the SIMs would arrive within' 5 working days.
As of writing this (22/03) I have still not received them and because no accounts have been set up and I haven't been given an order number, nobody can find me.
I just keep been told my query will be sent to the "Online Team" but these people aren't customer facing and I haven't heard anything from that team yet and probably won't.
I tried again today by speaking to someone and they tried telling me I can't get a business SIM without a landline... right...
Apart from trying again (which I'd rather not do) I don't know where to go from here.
Does anyone have any advice?
