I Have not had to touch our BT business email adresses for several years, as everything has worked just fine, but as we decided the 7 year old PC's were past their best, new all in one desktop PC's with touch screen and wireless were ordered, all was going well, during the setup UNTIL..... We came to transferring the email across from Outlook 2010, to Outlook 2016 (office 365) most users had forgotten their passwords, so NO PROBLEM..... i thought !!! I will just logon and reset the passwords, which I did a few times after initial set up (several years ago) Problem is...... BT thought that something that WASNT BROKEN needed fixing..... 😮 😮 😮 So now I can't reset my sub user passwords anymore, BT thinks that the user should be doing that apparently !!! But when I try thatroute we just end up going round in circles...... anyone got an answer to my problem ??? Please.
