Please help having trouble with the BT Cloud application so today reinstalled with file BT Cloud 171.5.21 running
Windows 7 on desktop
Now having bigger issues as unable to add any folders to it when hovering over the BT Cloud folder just shows
restricted symbol have no problems coping to other folders example dropbox
Tried again reinstalling also on other computer but same problems

Have made a offical reply to BT
But have sorted out first part of problem unable to use the BT Sync folder below is what I have done
Removed BT Cloud version 188.8.131.52.Production
Replaced with BT Cloud version 184.108.40.206 Production
My think is as running Windows 7 the old version is what 7 likes best
So up and running again but uploads speeds still poor

Are you having problems uploading via cable or wireless? What speeds are you getting? Are you on Infinity or ADSL broadband?

Using BT Infinity 1 by cable through BT Broadband extender
Just completed uploading today a file into B T Cload of 1.35gb which have taken 7hr 4 miutes
Same file uploaded to Dropbox just now 28mins and syc to other devices within 40 mins
Had BT technician phoned last Thursday 16th at 14.15 to help resolve problem went through computer online said slow broadband speeds get them checked.
But works ok for Dropbox but not BT Cloud
Hi All he suggested was I check line and inter speeds which I do regurlary
So done line check at My BT - reported ok
Then ask BT to check
BT Tested line said ok but will removed traffic and refresh line also done router reset
They said speeds will increase in next day or so
But our better than their promise of 65
Retested internet speeds again
Down loads 69.55
