Working fine until yesterday, now it fails to sync and backup. Have been on to Cloud web site and tried to upload a file but it fails when it's almost reached the end of the file. Anyone else having problems?
I am having issues. It was working fine in Monday but last night it wasn't.
It won't do anything, won't sync etc.....I normally have it set to keep me logged in so all that has been happening since last night is it just keeps signing me in every minute! 😕
After my post, I sought help via BT Live Chat . They rang back on my landline and transferred me to BT Cloud Help*. A service issue was raised and (fingers crossed!) it seems be working now.
* I cant see any way to contact BT Cloud Help direct

yes mine is weird too. I can upload via the app fine. However on the phone app it shows a folder but on the web the folder is not there,
The files are up there I am sure but why is it not displaying the folder ?
Hi @mattyjoyce71, if you give the BT Cloud team a call on 0800 500 3114 9am to 9pm Mon - Fri 9am to 6.30pm Sat and Sun, they'll be able to help you with that.
