WHEN ARE CUSTOMER SERVICES GOING TO RESPOND TO MY COMPLAINT *****=*****????? IT DATES FROM 20TH JULY AND RELATES TO THEIR APPALLING SAGA OF INCOMPETENCE ARISING WHEN MY INTERNET CONNECTION DEVELOPED A FAULT ON 18TH JUNE.
I'LL TAKE YET ANOTHER DAY OFF WORK
SO THAT I CAN SIT THERE FOR HOURS WAITING
FOR SOME CALL CENTRE OPERATIVE WHO
TALKS OVER ME
TELLS ME THINGS THAT ARE UNTRUE
AND CAN'T USE THE BT SYSTEMS
TO RING ME ,
OR BT COULD SEND ME AN EMAIL
AS I HAVE BEEN ASKING THEM TO DO
SINCE 20TH JULY.
Is there some reason you continue to use block capitals which is considered shouting bearing mind this is a customer help customer forum and everyone here apart from mods are customers just like you. In addition block capitals make your post difficult to read
of sending me an email ?
Aren't they supposed to be a communications company ?
I have been trying to get a reply from them since 18th June.
I have tried phoning.
I have tried the online chat facility.
I have tried emailing them.
But all I get are lies and inaccurcies
from people at the Call Centre who don't listen,
and don't care.
did your case handler get back to you after mods contacted him/her after your previous post?
I've been trying to get a resolution since April so you'll be here for another few months at least.
