I have been attempting to contact BT Chat, which is usually a very good service.
However, BT are so inconsistent in that sometimes it appears on the BT www, sometimes not. Has anyone else experienced this frustration?

You can still contact the Billing and Technical teams via Live Chat on this link when available. If it is a very busy time the option to chat will not be available so please try later.
