Like many others my cashback cheque (£50) has not arrived since my broadband switched on 08/05/2018.
My BT reward card did arrive no issues.
I have followed the correct links to request the voucher and even have screenshots of eligibility and where the voucher request was completed.

No, nothing after submitting. Tomorrow will be day 45.
I did take a screenshot of the submission screen but have heard nothing since.
Not sure what i need to now do to push this along.
