BT Claiming my broadband is still with them 1 week after switching to Sky

I contacted BT today to try and find out when i would recieve a refund on my monies paid to them as my services have now been switched to SKY,upon doing this i was told that my broadband has not been switched over yet even tho it was done 1 week ago.

 

Anyone else had this problem and when the advisor said he would note that and have the final bill generated can i trust that this will be done and why has it not already been done?

Problem fixed by phoning and speaking to somone in 1 of the uk call centers couldnt be more helpfull,unlike the 2 "advisors" i spoke to via live help who were no use at all and had not carried out what they said they would.
