BT Cloud Desktop app problems

I had syncing issues with Dropbox - 55gb of data which worked perfectly for 3 years then about 14 days ago it stopped syncing. Dropbox tech support is rubbish.

 

I thought I would my 500gb of free space on BT Cloud. Using the Mac Desktop finder I copied my Dropbox folder to BT Cloud - after 4 hours the copying finished but there was less than 1gb of folders/files transferred. There are differences in synced files between devices. The Desktop finder shows all the files copied into the BT Cloud default folder but they do not appear on the ipad , iphone or in the desktop app. Where have they gone ?

 

HELP !!!!!!!!!

Have you checked by logging in to BTCloud using your browser?

Have you closed the iPad and iPhone apps fully by flicking them off the top of the screen and then relaunch?

Have you launched the desktop app and clicked sync? Sometimes needs it.

Quite honestly BTCloud is not yet fit for purpose. I'm using iCloud - it works.
