We have put together a short survey to capture your feedback in terms of what BT can do when you experience home Wi-Fi issues. We would appreciate it if you could take a couple of minutes to complete a short survey. Read more from here, Fix my home Wi-Fi
BT Cloud has been hanging immediately after logging in (spinning Windows 7 disc) on Chrome for a week - it is not usable in Chrome. It works fine in Firefox. The usual display is there (My Activity etc) but is greyed out and inaccessible behind the spinning Windows 7 disc. Assistance appreciated.

To clarify, the issue is with the Chrome browser, not the Chrome operating system.
Sorry you're having trouble. Google made a change we weren't expecting in version 60 of Google Chrome (currently being rolled out), which has caused the My Activity page to hang for some users.
We're going to be releasing an update to our website in the next couple of weeks (aiming for Thursday, but this is subject to our testing being successful) which will fix the problem. Until then, other supported browsers (Firefox and IE/Edge, plus Safari for Mac users) will continue to work fine.
No help still not working. If I click how to decide what gets backed up I get no response at all.
I tried updating Chrome and I tried rebooting my PC still nothing.
Any update to this? I still have the spinning circle in the Chrome window when trying to log into my BT account, any suggestions?
