Hi. I have been cleaning up my BT Cloud and I've accidentally deleted the files in trash without first downloading them to my computer. They don't appear to be on any connected devices. I've made a bad mistake.
There were approximately 750 in trash. Is it possible to recover the files deleted from trash. I deleted them on 12th July. If it's not possible then could you restore the folders back to how they looked the day before (11th July). It would be a life saver as many of the photos belong to family members.
Here is hoping. Thanks for your help

Welcome to the forum and thanks for your post!
Sorry to see that you've accidentally deleted your files from your "trash" folder on BT Cloud. I have had a look into this and it isn't good news I'm afraid. When you click to empty the trash folder, all the files are permanently deleted from BT Cloud.
Check this link for more info: I deleted a file from BT Cloud accidently and I want it back. What do I do?
I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news but there is no way to get the files back once they're permanently deleted.
Thanks for posting back!
I'm afraid not. The purpose of the trash folder is if you do accidentally delete the file from your storage you could always log into the web version of BT Cloud and download it again that way. If a file is deleted from the trash folder then this would be permanent and there would be no way to retrieve the file(s) again unfortunately.
