Yes, working for me now. Rather sluggish, but fingers crossed, seems okay. I guess it's got a fair bit of catching up to do.

Agreed. Now warking.

Guess the tech guys got up on Monday morning and did something server side to sort the problem.

Fingers crossed it continues.

Yes mine working also as of 5 minutes ago, But I did ring BT cloud Help Desk to complain about paying for a package that is not working so they are giving me compensation, My suggestion is never let them off the hook so easy , they have no problem increasing their prices on us , so don't worry about you also doing the right thing against them.

Rather than posting, would it not be better to call the BT Cloud team on the number given previously? I found it quite frustrating trying to find any contact number for BT Cloud. The only way I managed to get it was by a chat session under ‘Broadband’. Would be nice to have it more prominent please. Thanks.

Mine has stopped again about 30 minutes ago, having been syncing for 7 hours

Yup, last 7 images will not sync, they try but then show as failed.
Thought it was due to them being iPhone panoramas and might be a size limitation.
A bit of oversight if it is the case.
