BT Cloud Stalling on BTCloud .dmp File

I have set BT Cloud up manually to backup several folders including My Pictures and My Music for example.
I also want it to backup the AppData folder in my profile. However the backup keeps stalling when fialing to
backup the file BTCloud.exe_181123_234947.dmp I assume this is because the application is using this file so
cannot back up an open file?

So what I would like to do is exclude this file from the backup. Hoever it appears that I can only back root
folders up which selects everything in that folder. I cannot exclude any folder or files from within it. So it's
all AppData or nothing. I need to backup ohter files in there and do not want to add each sub folder as a new
backup. Is there any way to avoid this please or to just exclude files or folders?

Please contact the Cloud helpdesk on 0800 500 3114 as they will be best placed to help you with this. They are open 9am to 9pm Mon - Fri and 9am to 6.30pm Sat and Sun.
