Latest is that 'Cloud' is burning CPU cycles all the time ..... rarely lower than 5% busy and not selective of which Core out of 4 .....
Is there really no answer to this?
I had to reinstall my PC due to HD issues and the BT Cloud app keeps starting up but will not let me choose the exisrting device listed. Do I really have to rename my PC and start a completely new sync to get anywhere? I can't even browse what has already been backed up. All the web cloud shows me is the total space my files are taking up.
Is this application really this useless?
I had this problem too, and document my experience here:
Thankfully, i didn't have a large repository of files, and a combination of deleting and renaming of my PC was the only option. The FAQ I was direct to gives little away. The whole exercise is exacerbated by the boot time start up of the service. The whole app is rather clunky in my opinion.
I add theses comments to this, the most active topic on the issue, as it seems I was talking to myself when I first raised the problem. I do strongly beleive this is a bug, and there does not appear to be anywhere to report this.
