Now the BT Cloud has been BT'd. (Made as complicated as possible).
I have "Unlimited Broadband with BT Infinity 2" and have 50GB. My daughter has the same but has no BT Cloud allowance at all.
Hi @StewM The cloud storage limits have increased so it could depend on when you last renewed your contract.
If you send us your details we'll be happy to check your cloud storage. You can contact us by clicking on my user name and selecting contact the mods.
Thanks john. Just checked and I renewed my contract on the 12th April so no upgrade. BT looking after its existing customers again!

I got in contact with UK support (two callbacks) and it seems I'll automatically be upgraded to 100GB around June/July.
Otherwise I'll have to recontract again if I wanted the 100GB now (but there's no point really).
I can wait anyway.

The increased storage allowance is available to all BT Broadband customers from July 3rd.
