Help...
I'm getting warnings from the BT Cloud Dashboard that I'm running out of space
Apparantly I'm using 473.4 GB (94.7%) of 500GB
When I log into Cloud Online it my settings state that I have 26.6 GB Free (which agrees with the Dashboard)
BUT
When I look at 'All My files' online the total size of all files is 332.9 GB - this is what I expect and is the same folders/files/GB as what I've set up to Backup and Sync.
I have No Deleted Items
So I think I have backed up 332.9GB. There are 332.9GB of files in 'All My Files' BUT the service thinks I'm using 473.4GB.
Any suggestions why I'm seeing different values and how to correct it much appreciated.
