For several days after logging into the BT Cloud Web interfaceon the home screen I get the following:
Contacts & music are the same. Wnen I click on "Reload ......" the panel trys to refresh but stays the same.
And when I click on the varioues icons in the left hand menu generally get the following error message:
"Error We are experiencing some technical difficultties. Please try again later."

Yep. I noticed the same issue in the last couple of days. Thought it would rectify itself, but it's persisted on desktop, phone and tablet. To be honest the Cloud has been a bit of a faff for the last few months due to updates.
I meant to update a few days ago. I discovered that the Android app was working ok. It was MS Edge that was the problem. I cleared the cache and it's now working.
Ah, cache. Cleared that on Android phone and tablet and hey presto! I didn't do anything on my desktop computer, but it seems to have sorted itself out. Maybe just coincidental.
