BT Cloud app worse than useless

Hi BT

Please fix the cloud app, sorry but it is less than useless, i constantly crashes all the time, it always want to sync to my local hard drive which i do not want, i have a SDD and i do not want 100Gb syncing to my disk and filling it up.

Are you going to improve it so it's accually usabe and can sync to any location i want.

Hi @thompson_20091,

You can stop BT Cloud from syncing content to your local hard drive if you don't want this feature on. You can control what (if anything) syncs to your had drive on the 'Sync' tab of the BT Cloud software.

You can find the instructions on this help page, under the heading 'How can I use BT Cloud to access content from my tablet or smartphone on my computer?'

I like the feature on most of my PCs, but have turned it off on two laptops with SSD hard drives (like you, I found they were filling up too quickly)
