Anyone else having problems with BT Cloud?
BT cloud no longer works for me. The PC app just sits there doing nothing, apart from an occasional flash of "syncing".
The Web inferface just reports "Error Session expired. Click OK to try again" in a broken up message, and nothing is "clickable".

Broken for me too. When I log into the web site, I just get a dimmed screen with a "Session Expired" message on top of another error which is unreadable because it's hidden by the "Session Expired" message. Nothing is clickable because the whole screen is dimmed.
Been like this for a couple of days now.

Ok, at least I know its not just me.
I suppose BT will say nothing as usuall...
What browser and operating system are you all using?
I have tried Chrome and Safari on Mac Catalina. Everything is up to date 100%. I have disabled all plugins and still can't get in.
I know someone will probably say install the app, but I want to organise my files from the web interface because I don't want the client downloading all my files onto my computer every time I open it.
Had the same problem for about three days cant access cloud on any device from browser or apps.
At the moment cant even find a way to contact bt keep getting sent to this forum.

The Session Expired message suggest that, maybe, you shut your browser down without first signing out, try clearing cookies and history for the btcloud website and try again.
i read this thread and thought i'd log in to see ,mine works ok . mind you i think the site is not that good anyway
