after spending most of the morning on the phone to bt in the end what seems to have worked was log off from cloud on all devices , android tablet, android phone, laptop and desktop then clear all browsing data and cookies  on desktop  computer now mostly seems ok phone ok desktop and laptop ok both dashboards behaving and all syncing ok kant log back in on tablet yet but it is old and has always been problematic.

I really don't know what @Anonymous is talking about. This is clearly, patently a problem with the server! It has nothing to do with the users. 

It's possible only a small subset of users are affected, but that doesn't make it their fault!

My BT Cloud problem seems to have corrected itself today. No message from BT as to why or how. Just glad it's fixed 🙂

As I expected, it has been fixed without BT ever admitting the problem even existed.

seems that probably the morning spent on the phone to bt did fix the problem but it's likely that all the things they got me to do had nothing to do with the fix.

BT Cloud after update completely usable. The Dashboard now stuck in the bottom right corner of home screen offers little information as compared to the full screen version that was the main part of the original version. The help screen which is accessed via the new dashboard does not represent the new version of BT Cloud in any way. The ability to monitor the upload progress of a complete folder structure is no longer visible. Really BT, you should remember the old adage “If it isn’t broke don’t fix it” Have contacted BT and the support person agreed that there are problems and suggested to leave it BT Cloud until the new year. where hopefully the problems would be resolved.

BTCloud slow client build download

When I updated my BTCloud with the latest level, not only did it fail to work but it 'stole' all my client copy that resides on my Cdisk!  My files , about 30GIG are still 'up there' thank goodness but whilst I have opened the sync process to download the contents of my cloud back to my Windows 10 Laptop, it is taking so long. I leave it switched on at night and no power off and direct router connection and so far on a 9 hr night, it has downloaded 4gig a night!  Any ideas of how to fix this. Speed test always gives me over 70 meg download and 18+ upload as I am near the exchange.
