BT Cloud delete version history not working, any ideas. (Purge Version History Failed, please try again later)
Also deleting directories fails (Server could not delete)

Almost another week gone by and still not working. Hey ho
Called the BT helpline again yesterday and advised to solve the problem by buying more storage space. Naturally I wasn't too happy about this and after I told him that such a solution was unacceptable, the call handler said he would investigate further and call me back. Following no returned call, I spent one and a half hours on the phone this afternoon being shunted between 8 different people some of whom were helpful but "wrong department" and others who were just keen to move me on. It seems problems with BT Cloud data back-up doesn't seemt to fit into their normal protocal. Eventually I was referred to a lady called Stacey on 0800 328 9393 who has been both attentive and helpful, albeit no solution available as yet. She has logged my complaint about the service, contacted the person dealing with my original query of 20th April and promised to call me back on Thursday 28th May with an update. I'll post any progess made.
Look forward to hearing from you. The ordinary 'delete' option only works occasionally also, perhaps the problem is related
No response this week... no change in status albeit my complaint on lack of progress has been acknowleged.
