My laptop is set up to automatically sync (or at least I think so) and shows a green tick in the cloud symbol. When I log onto the cloud on my smartphone it never seems to shoe the latest up to date version of documents I have on my laptop desktop?

@eadmr04 Have you followed these instructions to ensure your laptop is backing up properly.
