I've installed BT Cloud (again). The first time it was too buggy to work so continued to use OneDrive and Dropbox. I've installed it again to backup video files. However, the file size upload problem is still there.
Using the web browser, I cannot upload a file more than 2Gb. Using the app, I cannot upload a file more than 9.8Gb. When will this be fixed? I'm not aware of any other cloud provider that has such limitations.
