I recently installed BT Cloud app on Windows 7 PC and uploaded lots of images. However, now when I try to open BT Cloud I get a message "Bt Cloud has stopped working" and Windows eventually closes the app down. In Event Viewer I get the following report:
Can anyone suggest a solution?
Hi @bayardmm Sorry you are having a problem with the cloud service.
Please contact the cloud helpdesk on 0800 500 3114 and they will be able to help you with this.
