BT Cloud on MacBook crashes

BT Cloud never backs up on my Mac running Big Sur 11. is there an error log somewhere ?

The Mac uses 'Console' for Crash Reports and Logs etc. BT Cloud itself doesn't have an error log but you should find something in 'Console'. Good luck!

Will do as you suggest but I find it totally ridiculous that BT do not have an error log saying why!

Hopefully BT will decide to scrap the current BT Cloud app and replace it with a professional one !!!
