BT Cloud security settings required

I don't seem to be able to upload to BT Cloud from my new android (OPPO) phone and am sure it is a security setting somewhere somehow that blocks access / feedback from BT Cloud. Screen just stays black

I do have the same issue with some other apps that should return additional information, example registering for a doctor's appointment.
