I've attached my connection speed tests , the first while BT Cloud is running and the second without BT Cloud running. I can fully understand the upload speed dropping off, but why the download and Ping collapse, plus packet loss!???
I also use Apple iCloud, Amazon and Google cloud services none of which have and noticeable impact on my Internet speeds. Does any one have a resolution please (yes, other than don't used the service 😁), or is this just a result of very poor programming my BT.
