@Eck7003 What type of phone are you using? I believe there is an known issue with Windows phones at the moment.

Sorry you've had trouble on Windows Phone. We published an update last night which addresses the issues, so you'll be able to install it now (if you're phone is set to update apps automatically then it may well have already happened).
Once the update is installed, BT Cloud will start working again.
