I have been with BT a number of years and have built up a number of accounts over the years. I have tried to access my BT Cloud but access has been denied as it says its linked to a previous account. I do not know the the access to get back into it. I have an account linked to my previous address that I cannot shut down for some reason this is now linked to my current account, in addition I look after my elderly mothers BT account and this is also linked to my account, any suggestions how I can access the BT Cloud or re-set it via BT please Thanks in advance cheers Dean

Do you have more than one BTID or are there several accounts linked to the same BTID?

I have one BT ID now as all my accounts come under that one however one is from my previous address that did have a BT ID so I suspect its in that log in that I cannot remember!

I have managed to access it now after racking my brain this has allowed me to get the app downloaded etc. thanks for the help and reply.
