BT Concern Team!

I placed an order for the Entertainment Ultra HD package a few weeks ago.

A Tv engineer was booked for the 15/8 and duly arrived and installed the necessary equipment.

I now had the TV and the Ultra HD in place with the relevant BT Infinity 2 connection.

Unfortunately despite numerous online chats and broken promises for a call back to fix my technical issue it still remains.

It has been passed to the Concern team I believe but I have no confidence in this being resolved.

Can the Community offer any assistance?

An Order was placed on the 6th and subsequently cancelled.

On the 10th the Entertainment Ultra hd package was ordered.

The issue has been summed up as "technical" by the orders depaartment.

It seems an Order remains open!

The issue was no access to the Ultra Hd channel or the other channels listed with this package.

It went on for 11 days post install.

Despite hours spent on the phone and many online chats there was no change.

Finally through help from my sister who is an employee with BT who helped escalate this it is now resolved.
