I'm thinking of switching to another TV/Broadband provider next month but I'm unsure of when my contract ends. When I took the contract out, it was an 18 month contract from the 2nd August 2019 and I thought that my contract would end on the 2nd February 2021. However, my payments go out on a direct debit on the 13th of every month.
Would I be able to switch providers on the 2nd February 2021 or would I have to wait till the payment gets paid out of my bank on the 13th February instead?

Hi @Andy_32 thanks for posting, I'm sorry to see you're thinking of leaving. You can check your previous orders by logging in with your BT ID details on this Previous Orders link and you should be able to work out the contract end date from there. Before switching I'd recommend you get in touch with our loyalty team on 150 as they should be able to offer you a new deal.
If your minimum term does end on the 2nd of February you can switch on that date and you don't have to wait until your next payment is collected.
