Everytime I try to access my Desktop help, I am redirected to a message which states that I should downlaod the latest version. When I do this, I am told that I have the latest version!!??
Additionally, when a message appears stating there is a problem with my e-mail and I click on the Troubleshoot icon's the Desktop Help fails to load?
Any ideas guys.
I am on Windows 7 and do not appear to have a compatibility problem.
