Please help, it keeps stopping me accessing websites to tell me to download BT desktop help, but the download button does not work. I cannot access ebay stores and other websites, it redirects to a BT page, it is very frustrating.

I don't think desktop help exists any more, even if it does you don't need it. Have you enabled parental controls?

Thankfully BT Desktop Help is no longer supplied.
